STANDARD THREE “NYS/NYC E3” STUDENTS WILL SPEAK, LISTEN, AND VIEW TO EXPRESS AND EXPLORE IDEAS, GATHER AND SHARE INFORMATION, PERSUADE OTHERS, AND SELECT AND CRITICALLY ANALYZE MESSAGES.
