High Level Goals • Long Term Goals • Integrate research culture at targeted High Schools as a valued asset for learning and instruction • Improve quality and quantity research in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) courses and clubs • Increase participation at targeted High Schools in research competitions.

High Level Goals • Short Term Goals • Boost science research clubs in High Schools throughout the country • Implement an Face to face and Online STEM course in High School 2011-12 • Establish a resource support bank including: mentors, Best Practices, web resources, curriculum, Forum etc • organizing awareness days and communication about  the importance of scientific research  in high schools, for student , teachers, for the development of the country and the economy

Objectives • Increase number of students participating in research: clubs, courses, competitions every year. • Online resource community accessed by all collaborative participants. • FTF and Online training measured by a participation survey. • Establish a system of organization by region, across the country to facilitate communications and monitoring research projects.
