  3. Regional Setting • The Todd Creek property is located in the Stewart Camp, which includes the formerly producing Silbak Premier Mine and Barrick Gold’s currently producing Eskay Creek Mine, one of North America’s highest grade gold-silver deposits • The property is located on the south boundary of Pretium’sBrucejack property which reported an indicated resource of 8.9 Mt of 17.3 g/t Au • The Todd Creek Property has the potential to host large scale, bulk-mineable porphyry systems

  4. Claims and Geology • The widespread hydrothermal alteration apparent at Todd Creek is indicative of an extensive hydrothermal system that has gone to completion • A major northeast-trending fault acts as the western boundary and a north-trending fault marks the eastern boundary of the property • The mineralization discovered to date is associated with structural junctions

  5. Multiphase Quartz-Hematite-Sulfide Breccia Veins, South Zone Deposit

  6. Yellow Bowl Zone – Potential for Eskay Type Mineralization

  7. Orange Mountain Epithermal Target

  8. VMS Zn-Cu-Ag Mineralization –Feeder and Semi-Massive Sulfide VMS occurrence: surface samples up to 7.1% Zn, 1.7% Cu, and 57 g/T Ag (more assays pending) >7km of alteration and sulfides, indicative of overlapping or zoned mineral systems
