  2. 1st Trimester - (1 - 3) Months - (1 - 13) Weeks 2nd Trimester - (4 - 6) Months - (14 - 27) Weeks 3rd Trimester - (7 - 9) Months - (28 - 40) Weeks

  3. 1st Trimester - (1 - 3) Months - (1 - 13) Weeks

  4. Month 1 - Week (1 - 4) The egg is fertilized in this stage and is implanted into the uterine lining. A sac grows around the fertilized egg and it contains amniotic fluid which acts as a cushion for the embryo. The placenta also formed in this month 1. This will supply nutritions and give support to the baby from the mother. Baby Development: • Eyes and face begin to develop • Heart beat is being started • The baby's size is smaller than rice grain

Month 1 - Week (1 - 4) Diet Chart • Take folate-rich foods such as leafy green vegetables, peas, chickpeas and kidney beans, etc. • Vitamin B6 rich food such as fish, chicken, peanuts, bananas, oats, peanuts.
