Who am I?. My name is Jorge Gonzalez or George. I was born in Colombia South America. I came to United States at a very young age to attend the University of Oklahoma. (I am a Sooner!!!).

  1. Who am I? My name is Jorge Gonzalez or George. I was born in Colombia South America. I came to United States at a very young age to attend the University of Oklahoma. (I am a Sooner!!!). After getting a degree in Product Design then I decided to learn about Plastics, so I went back to school to get a degree in Plastics Engineering, yes there is such a degree. It is actually a very cool career. I worked in this field of manufacturing for about 11 years, however I have always had this entrepreneurial spirit deep inside of me. A combination of entrepreneurship, customer service, design skills and the love for housing diversity, led me to the field of real estate. I thoroughly enjoy investments, therefore I have found a niche where 70% of my sales have been through Government Foreclosures (HUD) and also Bank owned properties (REO). I am proud to say that my customers have enjoyed equities in their homes ranging from 10K to 60K. What is my thought of today’s Real Estate market. I would say it has potential. Undoubtedly to purchase, it is a buyer’s market, there are so many properties out there both new and not so new with incredible prices. As a seller, there is potential too. Why? Unfortunately some areas have decreased in value. Your best choice is to sell at the right price, this means, within the selling price in your area. Your gain will be in your next purchase. I would enjoy to be of service in your Real Estate investment!
