4. Poop Detection • Detect the poopy diaper and culprit • Sniff the air • Look down the back of the diaper

5. Prepare to change the diaper • Collect necessary supplies • 1 clean diaper • Minimum of 2 wipes • Changing area • Distraction

6. Prepare to change the diaper • Collect optional supplies • Diaper cream • Powder • Rubber gloves • Nose plugs

7. Get poopy offender to the changing area • Lead poopy offender to changing area • Chase • Carry • Bribe

8. Get poopy offender to the changing area • Secure poopy offender in changing area • Hold • Block

9. Change the poopy diaper • Attempt to do the next step without vomiting on offender; gagging is acceptable • Don any optional protective gear such as gloves or nose plugs

10. Change the poopy diaper • Remove the poopy diaper • Unfasten • Wipe excess • Clean • Remove diaper • Dispose • Remove rubber gloves and nose plugs (if worn in an attempt to avoid gagging and/or vomiting)
