  2. Run a Clean Boot to Detect Issues Go to the Start key and enter ‘msconfig.’ Now hit the Enter key. Then you will reach System Configuration Utility. Go to the General section and select the Selective Startup. Clear the tick from ‘Load System Services’. Navigate to the Services section and tick the ‘Hide All Microsoft Services’ and select the Disable All option. Now, select the Apply or OK button, and PC will reboot shortly.
