Project Guide The project - a challenge
What is a project? • A project is a paper which is handed in to your teacher and an oral presentation to the class about the paper. • Everyone must do it.
Some information you need to know : • Subject: There may be suggested topics and research questions, or a completely different topic. • You will be asked questions about your project as a part of the Oral Bagrut Exam • It's possible to do the project in pairs/groups of three or individually • Some of the work is done in class, some at home. • The project is part of the final grade for module E. It will count 30% of the school grade for the module.
Points are given for: • Preparation • Meeting deadline – completing tasks on time • The written presentation – research paper • The oral presentation
Tasks in the order they should be completed: • Choose a topic • Decide on the research question • Find sources • Hand in sources to your teacher. • Take notes and summarize information • Complete first draft. • Hand in written presentation • Be ready to give oral presentation
The project must include the following parts: • Title page • Introduction • Body (with the contribution of each group member) • Conclusions • Bibliography
Remember:Keep a hard copy of the project for the final exam in grade 12.
