  8. VARIANCE REQUEST Approved by BZA subject to two conditions: 1. The development shall comply with Chapter 24 (Landscaping); 2. A 4 ft. to 6 ft. high black vinyl coated chain link fence shall be constructed on the north property line adjacent to the retention pond.
