  1. Rugrats was around for about 14 times and vented on Nickelodeon. It focuses on the lives of several toddlers. It was so popular that it managed to make a place for itself on the Hollywood walk of fame. The show was lovable and all the characters were relatively crazy in their own unique way. Alex Ariana
