  2. Exercise 1 BEFORE YOU WATCH Discuss and share your answers to the following questions: What was the last time you stayed in a hotel? Did you like it? Where was it? What was probably the best hotel you have ever stayed in? What made it so good? What services did they offer? Would you like to come back one day? What problems would you expect to occur at a hotel reception and in a hotel room?

Make groups of four. Imagine you are running a hotel in a big city but the business isn’t good. To be better than your competitors you decide to give your rooms a special design and to offer special services to your guests. What would the rooms look like? What services would you offer? Compare your ideas with the others and select the best project!
