  2. VISIO2 after 2007 Symptoms of the problem (click on the relevant line) No control screen display. The control screen does not switch on or has frozen up. The control screen works but nothing happens, even if you override manually. The right hand pressure gauge is below 2.5 bars on all dosers. The right hand pressure gauge is below 2.5 bars on one of the dosers. The right hand pressure gauge is above 2.5 bars on one of the dosers. The pressure on the right hand pressure gauge does not reach 2.5 bars on one of the dosers. The pressure on the left hand pressure gauge stays at 0 on one of the dosers. The pressure on the left hand pressure gauge is above 2 bars on one of the dosers. The Norton tube (noodle) on the outlet of one of the dosers disconnects constantly. The equipment will not run in automatic mode. The equipment does not work and the machine shows an error code. The oxygen consumption is too high. Home

  3. Is the equipment connected to a power supply? Yes No Home

  4. Disconnect and reconnect the device to reinitialise it. Has the machine restarted? Yes No Home

  5. Is the equipment connected to the regulator properly? And is the pressure at 6 bars? (sometimes the connection is poor due to oxygenation) Yes No Home

  6. Is the pressure on the right hand pressure gauge at 2.5 bars? Yes No Home

  7. Is the equipment connected to the regulator properly? (sometimes the connection is poor due to oxygenation) Yes No Home

  8. Is the equipment connected to the regulator properly? And is the pressure at 6 bars? (sometimes the connection is poor due to oxygenation) Yes No Home

  9. Manually override in small increments by turning the regulator clockwise to 2.5 bars. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  10. Is the pressure on the left hand pressure gauge over 2.5 bars? Yes No Home

  11. Completely unscrew the regulator, carry out a manual override in order to remove any impurities, then reset the pressure to 2.5 bars. If the problem persists, the doser module is defective. Contact our after-sales service. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  12. Carry out a manual override. Are the solenoid valves working? Yes No Home

  13. Are the Norton tubes (noodles) on the doser outlet and the tank inlet disconnected? Yes No Home

  14. Check the ceramic element; it may be broken or the pipe connecting to the diffuser may be disconnected. If yes If no Home

  15. Is the device's outlet coupling properly connected? (risk of a poor connection due to oxygenation). Yes No Home

  16. Is the diffuser clogged? Yes No Home

  17. Check that the pipe between the device and the diffuser is not squashed or blocked, disconnect the Norton tube from the diffuser, carry out a manual override and the gas should flow. Does the left hand pressure gauge fall again immediately? Yes No Home

  18. Is the diffuser clogged? Yes No Home

  19. Check that the pipe between the device and the diffuser is not squashed or blocked, disconnect the Norton tube from the diffuser, carry out a manual override and the gas should flow. Does the left hand pressure gauge fall again immediately? Yes No Home

  20. Have the tank and dose volumes been programmed? Yes No Home

  21. Is the programmed dose compatible with the volume programmed? (max 120mL/L/month). No Yes Home

  22. Check that there are no leaks in the circuit (see attached procedure). If yes If no Home

  23. Defective machine or supply Contact our after-sales service. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  24. The equipment is ready for use. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  25. The O2 supply circuit is blocked. Contact our after-sales service. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  27. The equipment’s outlet connection is not connected or is not connected securely (risk of poor connection due to oxygenation). Replace the coupling. Doser outlet 2/4 (ref: 1.6SortieDoseur2/4). Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  28. Clean the ceramic element (see attached procedure); check that it is working properly in a bucket before putting it back in the tank. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  29. You can repair it with a stainless steel olive or replace the entire tube. ref: 215TA10MO Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  30. Replace the coupling. Doser outlet 2/4 (ref: 1.6SortieDoseur2/4). Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  31. Clean the ceramic element (see attached procedure). Check that it is working properly in a bucket before putting it back in the tank. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  32. Pipe blocked - replace it. Note: This happens if you switch off the device without taking the diffuser out of the wine or if you leave it to soak in cleaning solution without disconnecting it. If effect, the wine or cleaning solution will consume the oxygen in the tubes and rise up to the dosing device, crystallise, block all the tubes and may even damage the dosing module, resulting in it needing to be replaced. It is very important to remove the diffuser from the tank and to disconnect it as soon as it is no longer in use. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  33. Clean the ceramic element (see attached procedure). Check that it is working properly in a bucket before putting it back in the tank. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  34. 35. 0.0 0.0 The machine has lost its calibration value; you can check it on the "SETTINGS" screen. If this value is 0, you will need to reprogramme it. The machine is programmed in the "SETTINGS" menu: enter the code "8574" then enter the calibration value for each doser and reset the code to 0. Did this help to solve your problem? USER CODE SYSTEM CODE Yes No Home

  36. Repair following the attached instructions or contact our after-sales service. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  37. Check the power supply and connections. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  38. Either the screen or the machine is defective. Contact our after-sales service for a replacement. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  39. Set the O2 bottle outlet pressure to 6 bars. Reminder: it is the difference in pressure between the supply at 6 bars and the back pressure at 2.5 bars that acts as a reference for the device to operate. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  40. While carrying out a manual override, gently tap on the black screw next to the right hand pressure gauge; a solenoid valve may be stuck. Otherwise, the solenoid valve or the solenoid valve coil is defective. Contact our after-sales service. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  41. The equipment’s outlet connection is not connected or is not connected securely (risk of poor connection due to oxygenation). Possibly replace the regulator outlet coupling. Ref:3.1.SD1 Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  42. Set the O2 bottle outlet pressure to 6 bars. Reminder: it is the difference in pressure between the supply at 6 bars and the back pressure at 2.5 bars that acts as a reference for the device to operate. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  43. Defective dosing module. Contact our after-sales service for a replacement. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home

  44. Check the regulator setting by turning it anti-clockwise; if the pressure does not drop, the dosing module is defective. Contact our after-sales service for a replacement. Did this help to solve your problem? Yes No Home
