  1. Dental Implants https://smiledesigningclinic.com/dental-implants// Dental implants are artificial tooth roots made of titanium or similar biocompatible materials that are surgically placed into the jawbone to replace missing teeth. The procedure begins with an initial consultation to assess the patient’s oral health and bone density, sometimes requiring preparatory treatments like bone grafting or extractions. During surgery, a small incision is made in the gum to expose the jawbone, and a hole is drilled to insert the implant post securely into the bone. After placement, the implant undergoes a healing process called osseointegration, where the jawbone fuses with the implant, providing a strong and stable foundation for the artificial tooth. This healing phase can take several months. Once healed, an abutment (connector) is attached to the implant post, which protrudes through the gum line to support the crown or prosthetic tooth. Finally, a custom-made crown is fitted and secured onto the abutment, restoring function and appearance. Dental implants are valued for their durability, natural look, and ability to maintain jawbone health, offering a long-term solution for tooth replacement when cared for properly with regular dental check-ups and hygiene
