This comment is related with the clarification to the Balance Supplier role. Allocated Capacity Area: A market area where transmission capacity between Market Balance Areas is given, according to rules, to Capacity Traders, in a process operated by a Transmission Capacity Allocator. Trade between Market Balance Areas is carried out on a bilateral/unilateral basis. This is a type of Market Area. Note : Example are also France-Spain (Pyrenees) and Portugal-Spain. Capacity Market Area: With the current definition it is not clear the difference with the Allocated Capacity Area Capacity Coordinator: A party, acting on behalf of the SOs involved, responsible for establishing a coordinated Offered Capacity and/or NTC and/or ATC between several Market Balance Areas.
