Philadelphia, PA-NJ - South Camden Theatre Company, a nonprofit professional theatre organization located in Camden, New Jersey will host a free staged reading series on Monday evenings this summer that features new works by Obie Award winner Albert Innaurato, producing artistic director Joseph M. Paprzycki states, "I am happy to announce our fourth summer of new play readings that will allow our audience to be on the ground floor of a new play's development.

  2. I am especially excited to have a new play reading from Albert Innaurato after our huge success this season with GEMINI, and I look forward to bringing PUMP to a local New Jersey audience many of whom were affected by the train accident in nearby Paulsboro. South Camden Theatre Company audiences have been a part of the evolution of new work that has gone on to full productions including last season's EXPRESS TRACKS and DREAM OF PERFECT SLEEP and now we invite you again to be a part of the creative process." All staged readings are free and open to the public and will be held Monday evenings at 7 p.m. at the 96-seat Waterfront South Theatre located at 400 Jasper Street in Camden, New Jersey. Each reading will include a talk-balk after each reading for the director and playwright to receive feedback on the new work. Mature subject matter is contained in each play, therefore no children under 14 will be permitted.
