  3. Charleston-North Charleston, SC - Pride Hyundai of Seekonk is honored to host a special Child I.D. Event on Saturday, March 18th from 11AM to 2PM to help keep families safe in our community. Pride Hyundai recently donated money to help the Bristol Police Department purchase a new Child ID fingerprinting/software system. Now they'll be holding a fingerprinting event at the dealership to put it to good use!

  4. Every day 2000 children are reported missing. Every year 200,000 children are taken by family members. 58,000 children are victims of non-family abductions. The key to recovering these children is quick action by parents and law enforcement. A statistic by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children states that “the first 2 hours after a child is abducted are the most critical.”

  5. The system will also help with loved ones who wander off due to Alzheimer’s and dementia. In an emergency, the parent/guardian can share the child’s/senior information instantly with law enforcement.
