LAS VEGAS – With multiple Ori’Zaba’s locations in the Las Vegas area and the franchise growth that is taking place, the company has hired Mayela Masoli to oversee operations and performance of the restaurants as Multi-Unit Area Manager. In her new role, she will work closely with the President of Operations to ensure each site is hitting its sales targets, assist with team recruitment and development, and optimize guest service and satisfaction. Masoli comes to Las Vegas after 18 years in Florida, where she served as Celebration Restaurant Group’s Director of Operations for five restaurants with a combined $6.5 million in annual sales and White Stone Food’s Director of Operations and Human Resources for 16 restaurants in the last 11 years. She began her career with YUM Brands as a Field Marketing Leader. “The combination of Maylea’s experience and energy make her a perfect fit for her new role and the Ori’Zaba’s organization,” said President and Franchise Director Lee Cartledge. “As we continue to expand in Las Vegas, she will be essential to ensuring the integrity of the brand and maintaining our guiding values in each location. She is a strong leader and we look forward to her contributions to our future corporate and franchise growth.” Ori’Zaba’s opened its first location in Las Vegas in 2001, to bring fresh, fast and delicious Mexican food to the area.
