Tour Inclusions • Use of a 50 seater executive coach for the duration of the tour in Spain. • 4nights accommodation at a 3 stars Hotel • Meals on a full-board basis • Programme of activities and excursions • Comprehensive Endsleigh Travel Insurance • Transport in the Uk is NOT included • Damage Deposits and Tourist Taxes applicable in resort are NOT included

Transport in the Uk: Coach The Coach Transfers to and from the airport will not be payable via Parentpay as we need all pupils to commit and its easier to refund them the cash or cheque than do it on Parentpay.  Please sign the form of the statement- I have paid/have the intention to pay £15 for booking a coach for the transport to and from Bristol Airport

Toothbrush and toothpaste (travel size) Hairbrush/Comb

  6. Suitcase (maximum 15kg); Suggested Packing List: Pack lunch for the first day including a drink IMPORTANT! In a well sealed strong plastic container to avoid spillages on the clothes. Others: Light adaptor Any electrics, other than a phone, are NOT allowed on the trip. The phone will be handed in to the teacher in the evening and returned to the child the following morning.

  7. Backpack to be taken in the plane: Breakfast and snacks for the trip (drinks must not be included) Empty water bottle (recommended) Passport and European Health Insurance Card Phone and changer Money (Euros)

  8. Apply for a free EHIC (European Health Insurance Card) You can apply for or renew an EHIC using the official EHIC online application form. This is free of charge. Passports We have recently received from our travel agent the following: “As a company, we recommend you have six months validity beyond the dates of travel to mitigate any risk of changes to policy. As you are returning on the 29th March, in the case of a ‘no-deal’ Brexit scenario they could potentially require six months’ validity to travel. I would therefore recommend advising the students’ parents to renew the passports in case.” However, we believe that being a school trip, we are not going to have any problems at Barcelona airport. Also we have checked timings and Brexit does not happen until 11pm on the 29th of March. Our flight is arriving at midday to Bristol that day. Therefore we will arrive to the UK before Brexit happens. Renewing a passport could take up to three weeks so we leave you to decide whether you would like to renew your child’s passports before the trip to Spain. If you do so, please let the school known and bring the new details as soon as possible.

  10. Accommodation Information Hotel Samba Carrer de FrancescCambó 10, 17310 Lloret de Mar, Girona, Spain 0034 972 363 111 Full Board (Breakfast, Packed Lunch and Evening Meal). Boys will be accommodated in three four-bedded rooms and three triple rooms. Girlswill be accommodated in six four-bedded rooms. Please note that all rooming is:  with ensuite facilities  with soap and towels provided in rooms  subject to alteration by the accommodation management

  11. Accommodation Information Hotel Samba A refundable damage deposit of 20€ per person is payable in cash/by credit card on arrival. This will be reimbursed at checkout at the accommodation management’s discretion. Please sign the form of the statement- “I understand that the school will pay the refundable deposit of the hotel for my child, however, I will be charged for any breakage due to my child’s negligence”
