Provide sufficient detail (including examples) to demonstrate program effectiveness. • 3.       Equity: Analyze operations by looking for gaps in practices and procedures that may affect fairness, justice, and/or impartiality. Does the organization uphold federal, state, and local regulations and internal policies? • 4.       Accountability: Analyze the size of the budget and whether the organization's funds are appropriate for the scope of the mission, goals, goods, and services. Discuss any budgetary constraints and reporting mechanisms that ensure the organization remains accountable and a good steward of public funds.
