  • Clients of the AIS: 1 218 lecturers and 23 683 students; more than 40 000? distance students; 11 faculties. Large differences in information literacy

  • A Web-based interactive training solution: available as part of the virtual campus

  • Training solution:should include different media (text, sound, graphics etc) and formats (tutorials, simulations etc)
