  3. WASC/IB Accreditation Process • Data gathering (surveys, committees) • Visit by team (interviews, observations) • Oral report to faculty • Written report to school community • Determination of re-accreditation

Curriculum Update • Vertical teams meeting to make Ontario standards XIS standards • Create new PYP planners using the new standards • Create Curriculum documents (Scope and Sequence) for all subjects. • Still teach this year’s units next year as we develop new units (transition from old to new) • Begin teaching new units 2014-2015

  5. New Report Card • New curriculum, new standards, new report card needs to reflect new standards • Research by Tom Gusky et al • Committee established to review samples from other PYP schools • Teacher input • Parent input- Handout – discuss in groups.
