  3. Basic principles on training development • Be customer oriented; • Use full potential of the approved TO-s; • Being a national academic institution does not exclude international projects, business and cooperation; • Use modern technology and be a pioneer in training development.

  4. Pilot Training (ATO) • Cooperation with airlines and other ATO-s; • Continuation and refresher training courses for pilots; • E-learning and distance learning ATPL theoretical courses; • Helicopter FNPT II, IFR and MCC; • Invest in instructor training; • Aim for greener operations.

  5. ATC Training (ATSTO) • Focus more on the customer need; • RPAS ATCO and operator training in simulator; • Tailor made courses based on the customer need.

  6. Communication and Navigation Training (CNS) • Avionics specialisation option; • Eurocontrol ATSEP compliant curricula; • Services based on laboratory and personnel capabilities; • Connections with international partners and customers;

  7. Maintenance Training and Engineering (MTO) • Variety of continuation and refresher training courses; • Type training support; • Courses at the customer location; • Support services based on the hangar and personnel capabilities.

  8. E-Learning development • Community cloud based training for common aviation subjects; • E-learning support services for aviation companies; • Aviation MOOC development.

  9. How can we achieve that? • Develop the core competences and keep them in house; • Be an instructor/trainer focused organization; • Map the possible contractors (instructors/trainers); • Arrange train the trainer courses for the potential instructors; • Nominate dedicated personnel for customer relations.
