  2. Background • Final Draft Application approved by 12th RCM in April 2009 with provisions for finalization • Application submitted on 28 May 2009 • Approved by GF for onward submission to Technical Review Panel • The final version of the Proposal disseminated to all partners

  3. Thrust of Proposal • Contribute centrally and substantially to the achievement of the goals of the CRSF” • Achieving universal access to prevention, treatment, care and support services with special reference to: • PLH • MSM • Sex workers • Prisoners • Youth

  7. The Meeting is asked to: • Note the steps taken in completing the PANCAP Round 9 • Application to the Global Fund; • Also Note the time frame for the notification of the outcome • of the Application by the Global Fund.
