  3. Company Overview • Founded 1993, (formally Spec Plating), Mexico facility was added September 19, 2011. (formally CRS) • Specialty Plating, Metal Finishing and Engineering Solutions Company • Specialties: Precious Metals, Quick turn, highly engineered, custom solutions • Three facilities: • Minneapolis, MN (34,000 sq ft) • Empalme, MX (8,000 sq ft-27,000 sq ft) • 153 employees • 3 shifts 24/5

  11. Services Provided • Initially the new INCERTEC plant will provide secondary processes such as NADCAP-certified anodizing types I, II and III, Chemfilm, Cleaning, Passivate, Paint and NDT (non-destructive testing).

  14. In Closing • We will invest ~ 350K including the assets of Kansas • Will need to invest ~200K of 350K this year in waste treatment and installation and other safety equipment. • This will enable us to passivate to more standards / boiler heat / and plate plastics.

If you need any outside processing done that we don’t offer, contact us and we can discuss you needs. • Our plans are to add all processes currently in the Minnesota Facility to our Mexico Facility. • INCERTEC is whole owned by an equity firm that is in this industry for the long term.
