I have spent the majority of my career working at Merck, Sharp & Dohme’s Elkton, Virginia, manufacturing site. Merck is a global pharmaceutical company. The majority of my experiences at Merck are in HRM and HRD.

Completed B.S. degree 1997; currently completing M.S. Ed. in Adult Education & HRD at James Madison University; Expected graduation December 2013.
