Choose a THIRD goal, either academic or non-academic. Include why you have chosen this, as well as what you hope to achieve it.

How many paragraphs should this essay be?

  • Typed, double-spaced, Times New Roman font, size 12.
  • Parent response needs to either be ON the actual essay, handwritten, or attached. Parent signature REQUIRED for five point parent credit.
