DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AUDITS continued Common areas of non compliance are as follows: • Failure to complete registers properly • Failure to record incidences of Domestic Violence • Failure to let the victim sign in the occurrence book • Failure to issue victims with notice of rights (form 1) • No registers were readily available in some stations for recording cases of non-compliances by SAPS member as well as 508 registers • Failure to file protection orders
