Why …. • Due to the rapid growth in Microsoft Business Solutions demand, Microsoft decided to empower the market with qualified professional resources, the project is a co-funded scholarship with one of the top Microsoft Dynamics partners in the Middle East and 2013 award winner as best partner in Saudi Arabia - Right Group. • The Academy will serve Right operation team need to hire fresh Microsoft Dynamics Consultants.

Our Scholarship • Right Group Dynamics Academy is a Microsoft scholarship to deliver intensive training course with foundational and case-based instruction based on real customer situations. • Our aim is to enhance the consultation market with qualified professional resources, Microsoft decided to go through a scholarship with Right Group and it’s Academy to fully benefit from the professional consultation experience of Right Group’s resources. • To finalize the program and to get the certificate the participant must : • Accept the terms and conditions. • To pay the exam fees upfront. • To be committed to complete the scholarship till the end with the required attendance rate. • To pass in the evaluation of Right. • To join Right Group’s team if she/he will be selected. • Each participant must pass the final project committee evaluation will be assessed online by Microsoft to pass course exam and get certified as MCP; Microsoft Certified Professional.

Program Overview • The Selected candidates will go through one of the following tracks: • Functional - Microsoft Dynamics Trade & Logistics + Finance. • Functional - Microsoft Dynamics Trade & Logistics + Manufacturing. • Technical - Microsoft Dynamics Technology & Development • CRM - Microsoft Dynamics Customers Relationship Management.

16. Training Methodology & format • The scholarship will be based on Microsoft and Right group’s methodology and concepts. • The courses are Instructor based except what is needed to be done on the participant own , but will be guided by the trainer. • All the trainers are Microsoft certified with an estimated track record of successful implementation projects. • The majority of the courses are based on standard Microsoft Learning courseware. • Students will have homework for courses delivered in accelerated manner. • Students will have the access to Right Academy labs to practice on workshop groups led by instructors. • All training will be delivered in Arabic and English. • Average participant per class will be 12-15 participant . • Working days will be 5 days per week from Sunday till Thursday , 8 working hours per day with breaks . • In Ramadan there will be a special schedule. • Dress code is light casual , hygiene is required.

Ideal Candidate is … • Holder of a Bachelor degree from a credible University in the following fields : • Finance and Accounting. • Supply Chain Management. • Computer Science. • Production Engineering. • Fresh graduated or juniors with maximum of 3 years of experience. • Talent & Eager to learn. • Accept to travel abroad. • Excellent English language is a Must. • P.C Literacy . • High analytical skills, capable to learn and acquire certificates. • Organized with problem solving skills. • Presentation and communication skills. • Cheerful.

19. Class rooms & workshops • Two labs will be prepared and ready for participants . • Both labs will be working in parallel for theoretical studies and for the workshops. • Every participant will have a PC/Laptop. • There will be a network printer for each class. • There will be a mini bar for Tea , coffee and snacks. • The attendance is mandatory for 75% of the program, therefore each participant must sign log in and log out. • The participant must not take any of Right’s properties out side Right’s premises. • By the end of the program , the participant will get a certificate accredit from Microsoft and Right Group.

20. Terms and conditions • Right has the right to accept or reject any of the participants. • This is a free program and the participant will not pay any fees against his participation. • Right will not hire except the needed number of the participant only, therefore it is not an obligation to hire all the participant or even any of them. • The selected participants will be obliged to work with Right for three years at least except if Right will release them. • The participant must sign the needed documents and forms . • The project committee has the right to terminate any student from the program who shows disrespect to the instructors, regular absence, carelessness or non-discipline attitude.

21. Terms and conditions • In case the candidate does not attend a minimum of 75% of course sessions and pass the assessment, the candidate will be responsible for covering the full fees of the training course plus penalty for no show. • There are limited seats available per each training course. Accordingly, seats will be allocated to the qualified candidates based on” the project committee evaluation. • A candidate can apply in more than one training course but the confirmation of the second training course will depend on seats availability. • Filling the application form does not guarantee acceptance into the training course, the steering committee of the program will review candidate’s profile with course requirements.

22. Financials • The scholarship is totally free of charges , Microsoft and Right will carry all the needed expenses. • For the accepted candidates by the project committee; online exam fees of 160 $ for Functional track and 80 $ for either technical or CRM tracks should be paid in advance to confirm the seat reservation, Right fund of (100%) of the exam fees will be reimbursed to the candidate who is accepted to join Right operation team. • Cancellation Policy • Only two weeks before the beginning of the course, the exam fees can be totally refunded. • Before the first day of the course, 25% will be deducted for registration process. • Other than that there is no refund.

23. Needed Forms & Documents • The participant will sign the below forms : • Request form to join the scholarship. ( MRA – 1 ) • Scholarship agreement . (MRA – 2 ) • Trainee's data form . ( MRA – 3) • The participant must submit the following documents to join the scholarship : • 2 personal photos • Fill The Application (MRA-1) • Copy of the national ID • Copy of participant CV • Copy of graduation certificate (BA degree or equivalent from the university/institute where the candidate was awarded the degree) • During the program , the participant must attend 75% of the program’s hour and must use a vacation form before taking a vacation.
