  2. 罗尔夫.阿姆斯壮 Rolf Armstrong (1889 - 1960) 出生于美国西雅图，1908年迁往芝加哥市，进入艺术研究所，受教于当时美国著名的插画大师John Vanderpoel。毕业后，前往纽约，成为Robert Henri的学生。 1919 年，Rolf Armstrong前往法国巴黎学习艺术，技法愈趋成熟，然后建立了自己的画室，开始创作美女插画。1920至1930年代，他的作品出现在许多戏院的看板、广告及电影杂志的插画。他曾为Pictorial Review这本杂志设计封面。这本杂志在1926年创下一期发行200万份的记录。 2/56
