Medieval Newspaper • Pg. 1 Report on “King Arthur and the Sword and the Stone” (Headline, Byline, Picture, 3 + witness accounts: Use “SAID IS DEAD”) and Weather Report Pgs. 2 -3: 2 summaries on Medieval Faire Workshops (3-5 sentences each) “Word in the News” (vocabulary term from story) “History in the Making” (include true accounts of Medieval Times – video or social studies book – 3 to 5 sentences)

Pgs 2-3 (continued) • Quote of the day (Historical Quote during the Medieval Times/ Favorite quote from “King Arthur and the Stone” • Editorial OR ADVICE COLUMN Letter to the Editor – complaint or compliment on a previous newspaper story OR… Letter asking for advice (Dear_________,) Provide an answer to either letter “The Reporter Poll” (survey of 10 or more students about the Medieval Fair: Think of an interesting question) (= Final Draft of Medieval Newspaper is due Friday!!!! Any style of font (12 or 14 font size); single-spaced
