  1. Digitizing Guest Experiences for Sihot Users with Odoo ERP Sihot, a hotel management platform, welcomes guests with a seamless, fully digitalized check-in experience – empowering them to manage their arrival at the hotel in the way they want.

  2. 1.Odoo-Sihot Connector Connecting Sihot with Odoo’s modular framework has amplified the user experience as more things can be done online, easily, and in a time-saving manner.

  3. 2.Features of Odoo Connector for Sihot: Reservation: Import Hotel Reservations details (Reservation Number, Travel Agencies, Room details and services, check-in/out, Payment, etc. Import Guest Details (Contact details and other details such as Handicap, pregnant, allergies, VIP, etc.). Import Invoice info from Sihot SOAP Web service. Upon changing any guest detail from Odoo, it will automatically reflect updates on API. Fetch last modified reservation data to track the latest updates of hotel reservations.

  4. Invoice: Based on provided room/services, we have created products in Odoo and fetched invoices from there. We have managed the auto payment workflow for the Paid invoices. Guest Experience: From guest’s check-in/check-out details to room type, food/ refreshment preferences, and activity planner, the Odoo 14 connector for Sihot offers an all-rounding guest experience.
