It is an intuitive tool to manage and supervise the call center system errors while optimizing work and generating more business opportunities.

  2. 1.Odoo-PanaPRO Connector Odoo tracks the overall functioning of the device and generates records and leads based on the fetched data for better productivity and increased customer insights.

  3. 2.Features of Odoo-PanaPRO Connector: The Odoo connector will fetch call history from Panasonic devices through PanaPRO and store their log details in Odoo to track overall call duration based on history status. Users can see information about callers, important campaigns, and scheduled calls. Creates customers and lead records based on fetched data in Odoo. Once the data is stored in Odoo user can manually follow the lead nurturing and sales flow.
