  • The purpose of the review is to assess the project’s status and identify potential issues with the remaining activities in the following areas:
    • Technical: Are the major outstanding issues such as: the APD surface coatings and the integrity of the optical fibers in the detector modules during transportation and assembly being addressed appropriately? Are there any other significant technical risks that require high level management attention?
    • Baseline Cost and Schedule: Have the cost and schedule impacts and related risks for the major outstanding issues been properly identified and quantified? Are there any other significant risks that require high level management attention?
