  2. À propos de nous:- Le projet concerne la construction d’une villa contemporaine située à Visé. Le volume principal s’articule sur deux niveaux (R+1), avec un niveau de garage semi-enterré légèrement en contrebas du niveau 0. Cette implantation permet de limiter la pente d’accès au garage, tout en maintenant le rez-de-chaussée au niveau du terrain naturel, garantissant ainsi une meilleure intégration dans le site.
