Proposed 2014 Activities • Work with the Technical Committees to review ERO Top Priorities 2014-2017 document, and develop proposals and plan for potential inclusion in the ERO Top Priorities 2015-2018 document • Collect information and begin development of RISC Priority Recommendations for delivery to the BOT February 2015 • Review the 2013 Long-term Reliability Assessment in March • Target rough outline of priority recommendations for April • Review 2014 State of Reliability in June • Target first draft of priority recommendations for July • Conduct the Leadership Summit in September • Target second draft of priority recommendations for October • Target approval of final draft for early December
