Instructions: You should take 2 cup chopped ripe mango pieces in a medium bowl. To get best results, we recommend using juicy and less fibers ripe mangoes for frooti.
You should add ½ cup raw mango pieces in this mixture. Add ½ cup sugar in this mixture. You should add two cups of water into this mixture. You should mix well. You should cover and cook for at least 15-20 minutes. You should cook mangoes on medium flame till it become soft. You should not discard water which was used to cook mangoes. Drain and reserve the stock. You should blend the cooked mangoes into a smooth puree. You should mix the mango puree and stock very well. You should add 4 cup of water as per required consistency. Mango frooti have thin consistency. It will taste great when it served chilled. You should cover and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hour before serving. Serve chilled mango frooti.
