INTRODUCCIÓN • El proyecto de zoo criadero de guatines Dasyprontapuntactase esta desarrollando en las instalaciones del colegio san francisco solano, con la finalidad de aprender los pasos que tiene un proyecto de investigación y específicamente el manejo de fauna con los guatines que son una especie nativa del departamento del Quindío.

  4. INTRODUCCIÓN Dasyproctapunctacta Su cuerpo mide entre 41 y 66 cm de longitud y su cola de 1 a 3 cm. Alcanzan una altura de 27 a 36 cm. Pesan entre 2 y 5 kg

  5. INTRODUCCIÓN Tienen dos crías por camada y su periodo de gestación se estima en 44 días.

  7. PLANTEAMIENTO DEL PROBLEMA • Necesidad de implementar el pensamiento científico. • Globalización. • Competencia Laboral. • Contaminación Ambiental.

  8. OBJETIVO GENERAL • Identificar la morfología y etología del Dasyproctapunctacta(guatín), aplicando el método científico.

  9. OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS • Realizar Caracterización morfológica del Dasyproctapunctacta(guatín) • Identificar factores relevantes en el manejo de fauna de los Guatines. • Observar el comportamiento del Dasyproctapunctacta(guatín) en su medio natural.

  11. RESULTADOS • Identificación de la especie en el departamento del Quindío. • Montaje de Infraestructura para el manejo de los guatines en cautiverio.

  12. CONCLUSIONES • El desarrollo del método científico requiere de un arduo trabajo de observación e investigación.
