  3. Content Questions: How do constellations look alike? How do stars and constellations could be seen? Where should you see constellations? When should you see constellations? What do constellations indicate?

  4. Basic Educational Curriculum (BEC 1. Compare the characteristics of stars based on given data: • color • size • brightness • distance 1.1 Describe the relationship between the color and temperature of a star.

  5. 2. State that a constellation is a group of stars that form a pattern in the sky. 2.1 Identify the common constellations in the sky 2.2 Describe how constellations are useful to people 3. Discuss the use of astronomical Instruments.

  6. Learning Competencies The pupils should be able to: Understand the concept of stars and constellations. Describe what a constellation is. Identify the different constellations on the sky. State the importance of constellation in astronomy. Trace a constellation from its original image.

  7. Output: Create their own sky map. Familiarize themselves in an actual picture of a sky through a Planetarium tour. Critic a journal article about the new discovery and study on stars and constellations.
