  1. ClickShare demo Guideline for a successful ClickShare demo

Equipment list • ClickShare CSM or CSC set • Video cable and possibly converters (check in advance whether a display or projector will be available and what its video inputs are) • Your laptop, smartphone and/or tablet(check whether your smartphone and/or tablet has the app installed and contains content you can show) • Speaker set with audio jack (optional) • Content to share (available in myBarco’s ClickShare Marketing Kit) • Laptop : Presenting ClickShare to end user (ppt), Comparing CSC-CSM (ppt), How to use ClickShare (video) • Tablet & smartphone: decide in advance what content you want to show

Setup • Connect the Base Unit to the display • CSC: Display resolution setting “Auto” will select appropriate resolution automatically • CSM: Display resolution setting is on 1920*1080 by default and can be changed in the web interface (requires reboot) • Operate Base Unit in 5GHz band • Keep in mind some mobile devices can’t connect with 5GHz • For optimal performance, select a channel after checking Wi-Fi environment with inSSIDer* • Connect speaker set to the Base Unit *Tool available online for free to analyze Wi-Fi traffic

  4. Changing the resolution setting • Access web interface: • Connect to Wi-Fi • Browse to 192.168.2.1

  6. Demonstrate Demonstrate both from your laptop and mobile device : • Use the ClickShare Button to share content from your laptop • Video, incl audio if you have speakers • Presentation • Use the app to share content from your mobile device

  7. Share the experience • Let the customer experience ClickShare: • Let them click the Button • Let them use the app
