  1. Screens for reception area to protect staff and visitors WORKING SAFELY AT AIRIVO The Government have released guidelines on how businesses can start to plan how they can work safely. We have summarised the key measures we have put in place across our portfolio to welcome you and your team to Airivo. Signage; especially regarding use of kitchens and toilets Clear desk policy to ensure desks can be thoroughly cleaned Bike racks and showers available in some locations to help occupiers walk, run or cycle to work Cleaning and disinfecting increased, focusing on key touch points Reduced occupancy for lifts (limited to one person) Behavioural signage throughout building Limited number of people in high traffic areas Hand sanitisers in key locations throughout the buildings Assisting clients to plan their office layouts Air conditioning has been cleaned and filters disinfected in accordance with guidelines Rearranging desk positions for co-workers to sit back to back T: +44 (0)20 8434 3600 E: hello@airivo.com
