  1. How to protect your Precious wrist Our overall health comprises of body and brain. With healthy body comes healthy brain. You can rejoice when your body is functioning properly internally and externally giving you the soothing pleasure and a body that is free from any illness. One should exercise regularly in order to achieve this state of mind and soul. Be it a young one or an old man, everyone needs to be fit and should move his hands leisurely to exercise and stretch. People really get intimidated by the athletes and get psyched after seeing the physical strength they have. They lives a lavish life. They have fame, money and everything a normal being could ask for, by the virtue of their body. So, it is one of the prime task for them to keep their body fit. But maintaining the body like them is not everyone's cup of tea. They go through unendurable pain, cramps, broken bones, stitches and a lot more. Sometimes they even are said to keep off from the area of their highest interested. Every sport has major uses of limbs. So, these are the ones at stake when it comes to risk.   2. Talking about hands, elbow and wrist, we use them the most in our day to day errands. Athletes do a lot with these and encounter injuries. Sudden jerk, tweaking, twisting, jamming and direct blow causes injuries in wrist and hands. Acute injuries include skier's thumb, sprains, strains, mallet fingers, bruises and ligaments and tendons injuries. While chronic injuries are cubical tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, golf elbow, trigger finger/thumb, guyon’s canal and weak grip strength. But, there are ways out there to cure such acute and chronic injuries so that it can get hand and wrist pain relief. There are therapies and other methods to restore the hands/wrist strength. There are exercises and cuffs like accessories that can get you rid off the injuries within weeks or months and exercises that you can do along with these to get yourself relieved at a faster rate. As our dailies become hectic we never know when a sudden comes as hurdles and get yourself barred from your usual stretches once and for all.
