Our identity A double culture 2 • EGAMO was born from the MGEN’s will, the French National Education’s mutualist actor, to create an asset management company • A double culture for an offer dedicated to social economy actors : • Complementary teams coming from both the « mutualist » and the asset management world • Asset management services that fit to the specific constraints and regulations of institutions (« mutuelles », « associations », « instituts de prévoyance »…)

  4. EGAMO’s responsible investment policy Inception date: may 2010 Reason for adoption : because of it origines, EGAMO’s positioning, sustainable development and E.S.G. (Environmental Social and Governance) are at the heart of our basic values Areas of implementation : the three fields E.S.G. (equalized) Approval : the main shareholder, the board of Directors and the whole staff agree on this approach and support it actively Who is it for ? : to our clients from the « mutualiste » and « paritaire » world Exceptions ? : no exception but a comprehensive approach How is it applied ? : it’s presently mainly applied to direct portfolio (no Best In Class) Specific themes ? : no specific theme but we take into account specific requirements of our clients (forbidding arms, tobacco, alcohol, climate deterioration,…)
