Revise System of Punishment and Award on electricity consumption. • Reason for revisement: due to the real weather situation in Vietnam is so different, especially in South and North region. • New standard: • The average electricity consumption for cool weather: from October to March. • The average electricity consumption for hot weather: from April to September.
