  8. Public Input • Concept C was preferred by those attending the last public meeting. Voting was as follows: • Concept A: 15 • Concept B: 13 • Concept C: 23 • There was a problem with the on-line survey that compromised the results. • However, Concept B appeared to be favored by those responding to the survey. • Several that supported B did so because it did not affect the existing median cross over.   9. Development of the Final Plan BWSC conferred with the Recreation Advisory Board following the last public meeting to discuss which concept plan to proceed with and changes to be made. BWSC presented the Board with a draft final master plan during a meeting on Thursday, April 15. Several modifications were made to the plan as a result of the input from the Board.
