Business Initiatives for FY2011 Purchasing: • Contracting, cost containment and policy compliance opportunities as a result of C-Form spend evaluation • “Stale” vendor deactivation • Web-based “Supplier Search by Commodity” for searching existing database of approved suppliers. • New “Shopper” role for those in the user community without BEN access • Enhanced P2P training initiatives • EDI Ramping – 1 supplier per quarter

  2. Business Initiatives for FY2011 PCard • Follow-up random audits will be conducted monthly, with little advance notice. • Increase utilization of PCard as approved buying method for valid transactions • Enhanced training

  3. Business Initiatives for FY2011 Year-End Reminders • Issue new Purchase Orders July 1 for annual agreements, such as IKON, bulk gases, and any other service providers.
