  2. Introduction and Login Screen: The User has to open the RSDP Application when he wants to do any transactions. The RSDP Application can be opened from either the Program’s Menu or by double clicking the RSDP Application logo in the desktop. When the user opens the RSDP Application the login page greets him. The user has to enter his unique user id followed by the password. When the user opens the application for the first time he has to enter his user id, which has been issued, to him and the default password that has been given to him. When the user enters the correct password and user id the system validates and authenticates the user and allows him to access the system. If the user id and password is correct then the user is displayed the home page.

PAY ELECTRICITY BILLS • THE USER HAS TO ENTER THE ERO NUMBER (which is usually the first three numbers in the customer service number). • When the user clicks on “show details“ the details pertaining to that customer is displayed. The user then has to enter valid details and has to click on show payment screen.When the user clicks on show payment he is displayed with the amount he has entered and he is displayed with another button called confirm payment. once the user clicks on confirm payment , the payment is made and the user is taken to the bill receipt screen.

  5. UPDATE CASH LIMIT When the user makes a transaction his limit is depreciated by the transaction amount. When he goes to the AO and pays the amount he will be given a top up. To get a top up he has to click on the update limit button.For the update to take place he has to be connected to the internet.Once his limit is topped up the user can now accept the bills up to his credit limit.

  6. SYNCHRONIZE WITH APOnlineAfter the user has done transactions everyday the user has to update his transactions to APOnline , failing which he will not be allowed to do anymore transactions till he synchronizes with APOnline.

  7. VIEW TRANSACTIONS THE USER CAN VIEW THE TRANSACTIONS THAT WERE MADE BY HIM BY USING THIS SCREEN 1. Search by transaction Id 2. Last five transactions 3. From Date – To Date transactions

  8. SEARCH BY TRANSACTION ID: The user can enter the transaction id and get the details regarding that transaction. LAST FIVE TRANSACTIONS : The user will be able to see the last five transactions that he has made. FROM DATE – TO DATE: The user can see all the transactions that he has done between two given datesusing this option..

  9. Change Password The user can change his password by clicking on this link (from the home page).
