APPENDIX 10Cardiac database maintained by HSCHSC Data Base: HSC Referrals from London/Western Ontario Patients - newborn to 18yrs Total Ops - total number of pump and non pump cases done in the OR and CCU Total Pumps - operations requiring cardiopulmonary bypass - included in the total operations number - difference between “Total Ops” and “Total Pumps” are the cases done in OR not requiring bypass (Coarctation, sternal closures) The patient number is generally less than the operation total, as some patients require several operations.
