Full Integration • Populating Skynamo • Populating the financial system • Customer information, product information, historic sales data and/or stock level information is pulled from the financial system using our integration tool. • This data is placed inside a Dropbox folder • Middleware running on the Dropbox account reprocesses this data into the Skynamo format. (This may or may not be necessary) • The middleware then places the processed data into a different Dropbox folder • Skynamo connected to the Dropbox account picks up the data • This information is synced to the different tablets according to the keeper settings and permissions • The rep places the order on the tablet • This order is synced to Skynamo • The Skynamo Keeper drops the order file into the connected Dropbox account • Middleware running on the Dropbox account reprocesses this data into the Skynamo format. This may or may not be necessary • The middleware then places this data into a different Dropbox folder • Our integration tool picks up the data inside this Dropbox folder and posts it to the financial system View View <

Client specified connections • Populating Skynamo • Populating the financial system • The client’s internal IT staff ensures that Customer information, product information, historic sales data and/or stock level information is made available using a client specified transfer mechanism (for instance using an API, FTP, SFTP or FTPS). • Our middleware server pulls this data and places it inside a Dropbox folder • Middleware running on the Dropbox account reprocesses this data into the Skynamo format and places it into a different Dropbox folder • Skynamo connected to the Dropbox account picks up the data • This information is synced to the different tablets according to the keeper settings and permissions • The rep places the order on the tablet • This order is synced to the Skynamo • Skynamo drops the order file into the connected Dropbox account • Middleware running on the Dropbox account reprocesses this order and transfers it to a different Dropbox folder • This order is posted to the client specified transfer mechanism (for instance using an API, FTP, SFTP or FTPS) View View <
