Goals . . . • to foster a culture and climate where the use of ADR techniques and collaborative processes is a standard business practice throughout the Department • Conflicts are prevented or resolved at the earliest opportunity and the lowest possible level in all areas of the Department’s work • workplace, programmatic, contracts and regulatory • Federal ADR Community is watching DOI
