Travel Authorisation Process Authorisation to approve Travel Request Forms Senior Personnel designated as TRF Approvers-authorised by ExxonMobil Operations Superintendent TRF to be authorised by one of the designated approvers and forwarded by email to EHL Travel Blanket Approvals Approver to be copied in all Travel Requests for travellers listed on blanket approval.

Travel Documentation Initial Submission Personal Details Form Malaria Attestation Form Copy of Passport Identity Page Copy of PNG Business Visa or Working Resident Visa/Permit Copy of Malaria Awareness Training Certificate Prior to each visit Travel Request Form (TRF) Copy of International Itinerary Detailed in-country field itinerary (if travelling to the Highlands)

  5. Point of Contact All Personnel travelling to PNG must be aware of their in-country Point of Contact (POC) and their contact details. Current EHL POC’s located at Wellpad A are: Greg Doty/Mark de Athe Ian Sizer/Ric Caven The POC must be recorded on all Travel Request Forms The POC must be notified of impending Service Contractors impending travel.

Travel Booking Process TRF to EHL Travel Team with appropriate approval Travellers completed documentation to EHL Travel TeamNote: Travel requests will not be processed until appropriate documentation and approval has been received Advise POC of impending Travel Flight and Accommodation Confirmation from EHL Travel must be received in writing before departing for PNG

  7. Items Required for PNG Passport (Incl. photocopy) Itinerary and E-Ticket Work Permit / Visa, if Business Visa on arrival – need LOI & PGK $250 prior to arrival in PNG. Malaria Certificate, Anti-Malaria Medications & Malaria Survival Kit and vaccination booklet. Personal Medications PPE incl. raincoat, prescription safety glass and shoes with good ankle support. Factory Treated Permethrin clothing - long sleeve shirts and T-Shirts, long pants and socks are compulsory wearing on arrival. • Toiletries • Flip flops for shower • Insect repellent containing >20% DEET or 15% Picaridan. • Hand Sanitizer – alcohol based • EHL Gate Pass documentation signed by management • Personal credit card for emergencies • International roaming activated on cell phone or PNG Digicel phone with sufficient credits for emergencies (available at PNG International Airport approx PGK $ 50 + credit. Store emergency numbers on digicel.

Flight & Camp Accommodation International Flights to PNG - co-ordinated by Service Provider Domestic Flights and Camp Accommodation - arranged by EHL Travel Domestic Carriers: • EHL Fixed Wing Charters Baggage Limits:Carry on baggage limit is 7kg Check in baggage limit is 20kgIn-Country Flight Duration: Port Moresby - Moro 1hr 30 mins Port Moresby - Tari 1hr 40 mins Tari – Moro 20 minutes • EHL Rotary Wing Baggage Limits:Carry on baggage limit is 7kg Check in baggage limit is 20kgIn-Country Flight Duration: Moro – Kobalu 30 minutes Moro - Nogoli 25 minutes Kobalu – Nogoli 5 minutes • Camp Accommodation: Well Pad A Kobalu • Moro
